A communication device for contacting a business is provided. The device can be a stand-alone communication device that is capable of connecting to a business over a wireless network. The device includes a microphone, a speaker, a single control to activate the device, and contact information related to a business. Once activated, the device utilizes the contact information and connects to the business to facilitate communication between the business and a consumer who activates the device. The speaker and microphone allow the user to communicate and relay information through the communication device. The device may further contain a means to collect payment information and transmit that information to the business entity for automatic billing. |
