发明名称 HIGH STRENGTH CONCRETE BASED ON PALM OIL FUEL ASH
摘要 <p>A method for manufacturing palm oil fuel ash based high strength concrete, comprising the steps of pyrolyzing wastes derived from palm oil production at a controlled temperature; combusting the pyrolyzed wastes to obtain the palm oil fuel ash with desired physical and chemical properties; modifying pozzolanic properties of the palm oil fuel ash through a systematic experimental investigation to obtain the modified palm oil fuel ash; and producing high strength concrete by using the modified palm oil fuel ash as a supplemental cementitious material in the concrete at a predetermined replacement ratio. The pyrolyzation step is preferably carried out at a temperature between 400°C and 700°C, either in the absence or the presence of oxygen, to provide a modified palm ash containing pozzolan with a particle size from 10 µp? to 20 µp?. The modified palm oil fuel ash may be used in a ratio of 1 : 10 to 3: 10 to other cementitious materials in the concrete.</p>
