PURPOSE: A heat-generating over shoes is provided to be worn as an overshoe regardless of the feet size or presence of socks. CONSTITUTION: A heat-generating over shoes comprises the following steps. A main body(1) covers the peripheral part of a toe form part. A heating line(2) is arranged in the main body and heated by the applied power source. A connection support member(3) is established in the main body to fix the main body in a foot or a sock. A connector(5) is formed integrally at the end of a power supply line(4). A central yarn is arranged in the inner center of the heating line. Multiple pieces of insulated-covered conductive yarn are reeled in the elastic central yarn. Multiple pieces of fiber yarn are coiled to form a covering layer on the conductive yarn. A skin layer is formed on the outer periphery of the conductive yarn with elasticity. A strip shaped connecting band(33) is connected to the main body, and formed extendedly. Both ends of a main band(331) are connected to the main body, and the main band is formed on the upper side of a foot heel. One end of an assistant band(332) is fixed on the main band and the other end is combined to the main band with the possibility of separation. A Velcro fastener(332a) is combined with the end of the assistant band for the facilitating detachment. A Velcro fastener(332b) is combined with the Velcro fastener(332a) and is combined with the corresponding main band.
