PURPOSE: A rewinding apparatus of a cable filling yarn is provided to ensure product variety by developing a modified cam module. CONSTITUTION: A rewinding apparatus of a cable filling yarn draws the cable filling yarn from a cable filling yarn package(3), and twists and rewinds the cable filling yarn. The rewinding apparatus comprises: a frame(10), a package fixing member for fixing the package; a twisting member(15) which twists the cable filling yarn drawn from the package; a first tension generation unit with a first roller(20) and a second roller(30); a second tension generation unit(40) which has a plurality of rollers; a winder module(50) for uniformly winding the cable filling yarn; and a first motor which rotates a first roller.
