A heat engine using air, hydrogen or helium as a working medium comprises components such as a spout, a turbine, a power generator, a compressor, a cylinder, and a conventional heat engine. Through a thermodynamic cycle, the heat engine absorbs heat from the atmosphere or water and outputs positive work. Therefore, electrical energy can be obtained without any additional fuel.
