<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pair of frames from opening in a direction of separating from each other. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device includes: an image forming part (4) for forming an image on a recording sheet; a pair of frames (21) facing across the image forming part (4) to hold the image forming part; a pair of covers (24) arranged outside the pair of frames (21) to form an outer sheath of the device (2); trays (31, 410) arranged to move between a storage position stored between the pair of frames (21) and a protruded position protruded from the device in a direction orthogonal to a direction of the facing frames (21); and a lock member (23) provided in the cover (24) and protruding to the inside of the frames (21) to come in contact with the trays (31, 410), and locking the trays (31, 410) in the storage position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
