<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction head which deals with a width dimension of a tape carrier package (TCP) even though the width dimension is changed. <P>SOLUTION: A suction head suctions and holds an upper surface of a TCP where an adhesive tape is adhered to a lower surface and transfers the TCP. The suction head includes: a head body 71 having a suction surface 77 suctioning the upper surface of the TCP; a suction hole 78 opened on the suction surface; and a communication groove 79 which is formed on substantially the whole suction surface while communicating with the suction hole and disperses suction force occurring in the suction hole to the suction surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
