<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal solar battery cell and a method of manufacturing the crystal solar battery cell, capable of suppressing degradation in adhesion of a baked electrode even at a low baking temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The crystal solar battery cell includes a semiconductor substrate, an impurity diffusion region provided on the surface of the semiconductor substrate, a passivation film provided on the surface of the semiconductor substrate, a recessed part provided on the passivation film, and a baked electrode which is provided to cover the impurity diffusion region and the recessed part respectively.
