<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly improve amusement, in a game machine such as a Pachinko machine which can display a background. <P>SOLUTION: An operation port 3 and a jackpot pocket 4 are formed at a game board 2 of the Pachinko machine 1, and a display device 13 having a display part 13a is embedded into the center of the game board 2. A plurality of symbol rows are displayed at the display part 13a, and the symbol rows are constituted of a plurality of kinds of symbols. In the display device 13, the background can be displayed at the depth side of the symbols.
