PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator capable of suppressing a decrease in liquid permeability of the separator and achieving a higher electrolyte absorbability than and a lower ion resistance than the conventional separators, also to provide a separator manufacturing device capable of manufacturing the separator as described above, and further to provide a separator manufacturing method capable of manufacturing the separator as described above.

SOLUTION: A separator 1 comprises: a base material layer 10; and a nanofiber layer 20 including at least a joining nanofiber 22 used to join with the base material layer 10. The base material layer 10 and the nanofiber layer 20 are joined by the joining nanofiber 22.
