摘要 Disclosed are an Agrocybe aegerita lectin AAL-2 and an encoding gene thereof, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. In the present invention, a lectin protein AAL-2 is separated from the Agrocybe aegerita total protein through affinity chromatography, wherein the amino acid sequence is represented by SEQIDNO:2, and a nucleotide sequence encoding the protein is represented by SEQIDNO:1. Cell tests show that, the Agrocybe aegerita lectin AAL-2 separated by the present invention has excellent anti-tumor cell activity, and can induce significant apoptosis of liver cancer cells. Animal experiments show that, AAL-2 has good therapeutic effect on tumor. Detection results of the sugar chip technology show that, AAL-2 preferably bonds with glucose or glycoprotein with N-acetylglucosamine as the terminus, and can be used as a reagent for detecting N-acetylglucosamine relevant diseases or a reagent for detecting N-acetylglucosamine relevant glucose structures.
