The purpose of the present invention is to provide a collector comprising an aluminum alloy foil for an electrode collector having high strength even after a drying step following coating with an active substance, while maintaining high conductivity. Provided is a collector comprising a conductive base material and a resin layer on one surface or both surfaces of the conductive base material. The conductive base material comprises, in mass%, 0.03%-1.0% Fe, 0.01%-0.3% Si, and 0.0001%-0.2% Cu, with the remainder comprising Al and unavoidable impurities. The aluminum alloy foil after final cold rolling has a tensile strength of at least 180 MPa, a 0.2% proof stress of at least 160 MPa, and a conductivity of at least 58% IACS. After the final cold rolling, even if the aluminum alloy foil is heat treated for 24 hours at 120°C, for 3 hours at 140°C, or for 15 minutes at 160°C, the tensile strength after said heat treatment is at least 170 MPa, and the 0.2% proof stress is 150 MPa or greater. The resin layer includes a conductive material and a resin comprising an acrylic resin, a nitrocellulose resin, or a chitosan resin, and has a water contact angle of the resin layer surface, as measured by the ?/2 method inside a constant-temperature room at 23°C, of 30-105° when the resin is an acrylic resin, 100-110° when the resin is a nitrocellulose resin, and 20-50° when the resin is a chitosan resin. |
