PURPOSE: A post for a security camera is provided to enable the easy maintenance work of a security camera by vertically moving the security camera. CONSTITUTION: A post for a security camera comprises a support column(10), a shaft(32), a motor(30), a steel wire(35), a camera fixing arm(20), a cable carrier(40), and a locking device(55). The support column has an opening. The shaft is located at the top of the opening. The motor is located at the inner bottom of the support column. One and the other sides of the steel wire are wound around the motor and the shaft, respectively. The camera fixing arm is vertically moved when the steel wire is reciprocated between the motor and the shaft. One end of the cable carrier is connected to the camera fixing arm, and the other end is fixed to the bottom of the support column. The locking device supports the camera fixing arm. |
