PURPOSE: A smart terminal device performing menu order and payment and a mobile VAN(Value-Added-Network) server thereof are provided to objectively select a favorite menu by supplying detailed information about menus through menu identification codes of menus in a store. CONSTITUTION: A customer management DB(database)(520) stores identification information of a smart terminal device, service use history information according to menu payment, and event coupon information. A store management DB(530) stores sales information and store information according to plural stores. An order processing unit(511) transmits order detail information to a store server related to store identification information included in order request information.
