Provided is an imaging lens capable of correcting aberrations over a wide angle. To achieve this purpose, the imaging lens is constructed from, arranged in order from the object side, a negative first lens (L1) having a shape where the radius of curvature of the surface on the imaging plane side is positive, a second lens (L2) having a shape that constitutes a biconvex lens, a third lens (L3) having a shape that similarly constitutes a biconvex lens, and a negative fourth lens (L4) having a shape where the radius of the curvature of the surface on the object side is negative. In this structure, the Abbe number from the first lens (L1) to the third lens (L3) is greater than 45, and the Abbe number of the fourth lens (L4) is less than 35. |
