<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce resin particles comprising resin mother particles coated with child particles that are resin particles having a smaller particle diameter than that of the mother particles, by forming a coating film in a single process without using a solvent or a softening adjuvant liquid. <P>SOLUTION: A coating treatment device 100 is used, which includes an axial member 101 that is driven to rotate, a plurality of stirring members 102 disposed on a surface of the axial member, a casing 103 and a cooling jacket 104. In the device, the casing has an inner circumferential face spaced via a given minute clearance from the stirring members. The stirring members comprises: a first stirring member 102a, which stirs mother particles and child particles while sending the particles in one axial direction of the axial member; and a second stirring member 102b, which stirs the particles while returning in an opposite direction to the first stirring member 102a. By stirring the mother particles and the child particles while repeatedly sending and returning the particles in the device, a coating film is formed in a dry system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
