<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet which becomes a flat shape at the nonuse of the helmet and which can be mounted to a head within a few seconds at the use. <P>SOLUTION: A lot of flexibility piece materials 2 that are bonded in a center, and formed in a radiation direction are provided. A ring body 16 of a given diameter is disposed on the lot of piece materials 2. Connections 17 are fixed to the ring body 16, the connection 17 is configured to lock and to slide in a guide hole 12 formed in each of the piece materials 2.
