<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a flanged cylinder winding bush, along with a method of manufacturing the flanged cylinder winding bush using the manufacturing device, for obtaining a flanged cylinder bush in a single step without using two kinds of punches. <P>SOLUTION: An annular flange 47 is pressurized toward a base stage 13 by a hydraulic ram and the like against the elastic force of coil springs 18 and 72. A cylindrical guiding member 16 is shifted in an axial direction, relative to the base stage 13, toward a bottom wall surface 39 along a small-diameter bottomed cylindrical hole 31 by an end face 52 of a flange processing jig part 50 that contacts to an end face 14 against the elastic force of the coil spring 18. Thus, an end 43 of an enlarged cylinder winding bush 1 is pressurized toward an end face 11 of the base stage 13 using an end face 49 of a cylindrical base part 45, so that the end face 49 of the cylindrical base part 45 cooperates with the end face 11 of the base stage 13 to deform the end 43 as a flange 86 of the enlarged cylinder winding bush 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
