<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film with which formation of a spacer and adhesion between opposing adherends can be easily performed and productivity can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive film 1 is composed of a three layer structure in which thermosetting epoxy-based adhesive layers 3, 4 each having a thickness of 5-50 μm and being flexible even in a completely cured state are formed on both surfaces of a base material 2 formed of a heat resistant resin film having a thickness of 20-500 μm. The epoxy-based adhesive layers 3, 4 are each heat treated to a semi-cured state, and are in a solid state and have flexibility at 25°C. The thermosetting epoxy-based adhesive layer has a storage modulus (E') of 1.0 to 1,800 MPa at 25°C and 1 Hz in a completely cured state, and has flexibility without being broken even when subjected to a plurality of times of bending operations in a completely cured state, in a bending evaluation test. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
