<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component mounting system capable of determining the execution sequence of a plurality of production programs while taking account of whether or not the production of both surfaces of a double-sided mounting board continues. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 90 of an electronic component mounting system 9 determines the execution sequence of a plurality of production programs A1-E. The plurality of production programs A1-E include one side program A1 for producing one side of a double-sided mounting board, and the other side program A2 for producing the other side.
