<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washing and drying machine including a tank washing course for effectively washing stains accumulated on a surface of resin parts, such as a washing tank and a washing nozzle, and stains attached to parts in the dead corner such as a back side of the washing nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: The washing nozzle 7 for jetting washing water to dishes 9, a heater 8 for heating the washing water, and an atomizing device 15 for atomizing the washing water are provided inside of the washing tank 2 for storing the dishes 9. A temperature detection part 14 used for detecting the temperature of the washing water, and a control part 16 for controlling the operation are provided under the washing tank 2. The control part 16 includes a tank washing course for washing the washing tank 2. The tank washing course includes a washing process and a rinsing process. The washing process performs the atomizing process for atomizing the washing water containing a detergent at the start, and then performs a jetting process in which the washing part jets the heated washing water, and a stopping process for stopping the jetting of the washing water alternatively multiple times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
