<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage multi-layered ceramic electronic component having excellent withstand voltage characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-layered ceramic electronic component is provided which includes: a ceramic main body including a dielectric layer; and inner electrode layers disposed to face each other across the dielectric layer in the ceramic main body; where t<SB POS="POST">d</SB>≥15 μm is satisfied with t<SB POS="POST">d</SB>the average thickness of the dielectric layer, and the number of dielectric grains per 10 μm within the dielectric layer is 15 or greater.
