The present invention relates to a polymer compound comprising a dye, and a curable resin composition comprising same. The polymer compound comprising the dye, according to the present invention, can exhibit superior heat-resistance, dissolution, coating uniformity, and chemical resistance, by means of modifying the dye having a single-molecule form into a polymer form by introducing the dye into a branched chain of a polymer binder, and applying the dye to the curable resin composition.
