The present invention relates to an optical treatment device for the scalp and hair, and more specifically, to an optical treatment device for the scalp and hair, wherein: the invention can be used at home since a large space and the use of accessorial special medical equipment are not required; the invention is portable due to a compact structure; small needles cause physical damage by using a microneedle treatment system such that fibroblasts are stimulated, thereby inducing collagen remodeling; a passage, through which medicinal substances having a high molecular weight or having difficulty in polarizing can effectively permeate into the skin, is provided such that the skin is renewed; an LED is mounted on the upper part of the device such that ultraviolet rays and visible rays are irradiated onto the scalp and hair, and the metabolism of cells is stimulated to promote the healing and growth of damaged cells, and further, iontophoresis is applied from the upper and lateral parts of the device in order to provide an electric potential difference to the skin, so that an electric environment of the skin is altered to increase the rate of skin penetration of ionic drugs; and an ampoule is inserted through the inside of the device and is protruded to the top whereby drugs can be discharged by using surface absorption while rubbing the skin with a ball bearing-type ampoule, and at the same time, the scalp is massaged to stimulate cellular tissues of the scalp and maintain a healthy scalp and healthy hair, including the promotion of hair growth, prevention of hair loss and the like. To this end, the present invention provides an optical treatment device for the scalp and hair, comprising: a body; an MTS cartridge which is detachably provided on one side of said body; and an LED lamp which is provided between said body and said MTS cartridge.
