PURPOSE: A press device and a product forming method using the same are provided to manufacture uniform products by controlling the temperature of the hot wire cartridges in each lower molds by monitoring the temperature deviation caused by the reciprocating movement of a pair of lower molds. CONSTITUTION: A press device comprises a pair of lower molds(21, 22) and a relatively moving unit. The lower molds are slid for an upper mold(1). A workpiece located on the lower mold is formed through press method during one lower mold is located at a coaxial position with the upper mold. Other workpiece is placed on the lower mold for preparing the forming work during performing the forming process. The relatively moving unit moves the pair of lower molds alternately. |
