<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accident identification device for identifying an accident on a CT tertiary winding with unknown current value in a power transmission system. <P>SOLUTION: The accident identification device includes: preparation means 11 that calculates a zero-phase admittance Y<SB POS="POST">0</SB>in a full-system for calculating a fixed matrix for calculating voltage/current at a virtual accident point in each segment and a zero-phase current at occurrence of an accident on the basis of a piece of facility data of the system; accident simulation calculation means 12 that calculates 1, 2<SP POS="POST">L</SP>branching ratio matrix H<SB POS="POST">0</SB>of a zero-phase current calculated by accident simulation in each segment and stores the same; and accident calculation means 15 that calculates a zero-phase current at an accident point using a sampling at an accident occurrence, multiplies the zero-phase current by 1, 2<SP POS="POST">L</SP>branching ratio to obtain 1, 2<SP POS="POST">L</SP>branch flow and solves a nonlinear simultaneous equation by using a normal CT value to thereby identify an accident segment, an accident line and an accident point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
