<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically extract and check a corrected page and prevent unnecessary reprinting of a page, which has a same content and is previously printed, without a workload of a user. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: a communication part which receives print data from an information processor as a communication counterpart; a page generation part which generates image data of each page based on the print data received by the communication part; an image forming part which performs printing based on the image data generated by the page generation part; an operation part which obtains a hash value of each page based on the image data of each page; and a storage part which stores the hash value obtained by the operation part and accumulates the hash value of each page. The image forming part prints a different page, which is a page included in the print data and is different from all accumulated hash values, out of the pages to be printed, and does not print a corresponding page which is a page corresponding to any one of the accumulated hash values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
