<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a printing device by executing optimal parallelization without causing overhead based on a drawing object while parallelizing pipelines at a drawing object level. <P>SOLUTION: In PDL analysis processing for generating the drawing object by analyzing PDL data included in printing job, drawing optimization processing for optimizing the drawing object, and PDL processing including DL generation processing for generating display list from the drawing object that is optimized, a PDL configuration determination processing 221 specifies processing loads on each processing configuring the PDL processing in accordance with for example, the type of the PDL data and application program that has generated the PDL data, and whether the PDL data is compressed, determines the processing to be allocated to each pipeline of the PDL processing that is divided by pipeline division processing 261 based on the processing loads of each processing, and executes the processing in each pipeline in a plurality of cores of CPU. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
