<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature moisture-thickening heat-conductive silicone grease composition that has high shape retention properties and excellent workability while having a low viscosity in the early stages. <P>SOLUTION: The room temperature moisture-thickening heat-conductive silicone grease composition includes: (A) an organopolysiloxane capped with hydroxyl groups at both ends, and having a viscosity of 0.1-1,000 Pa.s at 25°C; (B) an organopolysiloxane represented by general formula (1) (wherein, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is independently an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is independently an alkyl group, an alkoxyalkyl group, an alkenyl group, or an acyl group; n is an integer of 2-100; and a is an integer of 1-3); (C) a silane compound having at least three hydrolyzable groups bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule and/or a (partial) hydrolyzate or a (partial) hydrolytic condensate thereof; (D) a thickening catalyst; (E) a heat-conductive filler having heat conductivity of at least 10 W/m.°C; and (F) a silica fine powder as essential components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
