<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and compact laser light source device which can stabilize the wave length and light intensity of a laser beam. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a laser light source device 1 that comprises: an excitation light source 10 which emits excitation light L1 by being supplied with current; a resonator 20 which receives the excitation light L1 from the excitation light source 10 and generates a laser beam L2; a light intensity changing device 80 including an optical element 81 which makes the light intensity of the laser light emitted from the laser light source device 1 variable; a light intensity detection device 70 which detects the light intensity of the laser light emitted from the laser light source device 1; and a control device 60 which controls the excitation light source 10 and the optical element 81. The control device 60 comprises: light source control means which, based on a detection result by the light intensity detection device 70, controls a current value supplied to the excitation light source 10; and element control means which, based on the detection result by the light intensity detection device 70, controls the optical element 81. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
