<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a single cone type hollow structure plate which can suppress generation of wrinkles and can be continuously produced stably. <P>SOLUTION: After a plurality of projections 2a each having a hollow frustum shape are formed in a first thermoplastic resin sheet 20 at predetermined intervals, a second thermoplastic resin sheet 30 is heat-sealed to a tip of each projection 2a, to obtain an intermediate body 4 in which an intermediate sheet 3 is heat-sealed to the tips of the projections 2a of a single cone molded sheet 2. Then, a surface material sheet 5 constituting a surface material 7 together with the intermediate sheet 3 and a surface material sheet 6 functioning as a surface material 8 in itself are heat-sealed to the surface and back face of the intermediate body 4, to form the hollow structure plate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
