<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a psychological condition evaluation device for accurately evaluating the psychological condition of a subject, a psychological condition evaluation system, a psychological condition evaluation method, and program. <P>SOLUTION: The psychological condition evaluation system 1 includes the psychological condition evaluation device 2 that evaluates the psychological condition of the subject 5, and a measuring device 3 that measures the physiological response of the subject 5. The psychological condition evaluation device 2 includes an information acquiring unit 21 and a psychological condition evaluation unit 22. The information acquiring unit 21 acquires the biological information of the subject 5.
