<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a medical worker to periodically visit a sickroom without being burdened. <P>SOLUTION: The medical worker carries a radio device 1, and a communication device 2 which communicates with the radio device 1 in the sickroom is installed in the sickroom. If a communication determination part 16 determines that an interface 12 does not input a communication signal when a time measured by a timer 14 reaches a predetermined time, the timer 14 is reset and a notification part 15 is placed in operation. When it is determined that a communication signal is input while the time measured by the timer 14 does not reach the predetermined time, the timer 14 is also reset. Consequently, the timer 14 is reset when notice is given and when the medical worker visits the sickroom, so when a time close to the predetermined time passes before the medical worker visits the sickroom after the notification, next notice is given the predetermined time later.
