<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique which can enhance communication quality among a plurality of wireless communication devices. <P>SOLUTION: A base station 1 comprises a communication unit 15 which can transmit signals by using a MIMO system, an interference intensity determination unit 142, and a use inhibition determination unit 143. The interference intensity determination unit 142 determines whether intensity of an interference wave included in reception signals received by a communication terminal 2 is large on the basis of a predetermined reference. When the interference intensity determination unit 142 determines that intensity of the interference wave is large, the use inhibition determination unit 143 determines to inhibit the communication unit 15 from using the MIMO system for transmitting signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
