<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay capable of increasing the shock resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic relay includes: an electromagnet 1; an armature 2 that is driven to rotate by a magnetic force of the electromagnet 1; a housing 3 that stores the electromagnet 1 and the armature 2; and a support member 4 that rotatably supports the armature 2. The support member 4 includes a fixing part 41 fixed to the housing 3 and a cylindrical shaft 42 which is inserted into a bearing hole 20 in the armature 2. The fixing part 41 of the support member 4 is formed with a through hole 40 at both ends of the shaft 42, each of which goes through in a shaft direction of the shaft 42. The support member 4 easily generates a plastic deformation so that the shaft 42 rotates with respect to the fixing part 41.
