<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheet-like object from being curved upon unwinding even if a length difference exists between both ends of the sheet-like object, regarding a winding core for winding the sheet-like object such as a continuously formed film. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding the cylindrical winding core 1 which is formed of paper, plastic or the like for winding the continuously formed sheet-like object, a through groove 2 extending from the inside to the outside of the cylinder is formed along the axial direction thereof.
