<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding container which is configured to store rear and side panels in a storage space on a bottom panel, to increase the number of panels to be stacked when transported by a transport vehicle, and prevents folded panels from being deformed by the load of the stacked folding containers, and allows many folding containers to be stably stacked. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of raised portions 5 are formed on both longitudinal side edges of the bottom panel which is substantially rectangular in plane having a deck portion 2 formed in the lower side. The top of the bottom panel serves as a panel storage portion. A side panel 7 is connected with each of the raised portions 5 to be overturnable. The front and rear panels 9 and 10 whose upper panel portions 9B and 10B formed from the middle to the top in the height direction can be outwardly folded are connected with the front and rear edges of the bottom panel to be overturned.
