<p>Disclosed are a method, base station, and system for handover. The method comprises: during a handover, a source base station saving a reverse-transmission packet, and reverse-transmitting the reverse-transmission packet to a target base station; when the handover fails, a user terminal selecting to reestablish with the source base station, and, when the reestablishment is successful, the source base station processing with priority the reverse-transmission packet saved. Throughout the handover process, the source base station continuously saves the reverse-transmission packet transmitted to the target base station. When the handover fails, the user terminal reselects to establish with the source base station, and when the reestablishment is successful, because the base station has been saving the reverse-transmission packet reverse-transmitted to the target base station, processing of the reverse-transmission packet saved previously is thus allowed to continue, this prevents the loss of a service packet when the handover fails, thus allowing a current service to continue to proceed smoothly, thereby enhancing user experience.</p> |
