The optical coupler is connected with a component i.e. power module, in a high voltage region, by parallely arranged strip conductors, where the strip conductors are arranged in the high voltage region. A cooling body (1) and a retention device are connected together in a heat conducting manner, where the retention device is made of aluminum material.
