PURPOSE: A garland framework is provided to reduce the costing price by minimizing the use of materials forming a garland and to reuse the garland by withdrawing the framework of the garland. CONSTITUTION: A garland framework comprises the following steps. Two support stands(21,22) having a fixed length are fixed and installed by crossing each other. A pillar fixing member(23) is installed on an incline on the center of two crossing parts. Flower install members are installed on a pillar(20), and the pillar is combined and fixed in the pillar fixing member. A fixing stand(24) is connected and installed between the rear support stand(21) and the pillar fixing member. The fixing stand contacts the lower part of the front support stand, and supports the front support stand. Multiple flower fitting means(26) are installed along a longitudinal direction of the pillar. The flower fitting means comprises a flower fitting member support piece(26a) and a flower fitting member fix piece(26b). An open part is formed along a longitudinal direction of the pillar fixing member. A pillar separation preventing member preventing the separation of the pillar is installed on the pillar fixing member.
