<p>PURPOSE: Vinyl chloride resin recycling equipment and method from waste synthetic resin window frames are provided to produce crushed materials with a uniform size as well as reduce noise and dust by crushing the scrap of waste synthetic resin window frames under the water. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl chloride resin recycling method from waste synthetic resin window frames includes the following steps: collecting waste synthetic resin window frames and removing foreign substances attached to the surface; putting the waste synthetic resin window frames, obtained from the foreign substance removing step, with water and producing crushed materials with the particle size of 10mm or less; separating the crushed materials with the particle size of 10mm or less, obtained from the crushing step, into polyethylene films and vinyl chloride resin particles by maintaining a screw, separating into polyethylene films and vinyl chloride resin particles, with the diameter of 150mm, length of 2m, revolutions per minute of 60rpm, and slope of 5 degrees; drying the vinyl chloride resin particles obtained from the separation step; acquiring the vinyl chloride resin particles obtained from the drying step.
