PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a reflective film and a reflective film manufactured by the method are provided to maintain high reflectivity and brightness, by printing the adhesive in a pattern print method and thereby maintaining the air gap. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive pattern layer(20) which patterned the adhesive in a constant pattern is formed on a reflecting layer(10). A protective film(30) is equipped on the adhesive pattern layer.
