PURPOSE: A power distribution device is provided to simply shield a bus bar which is placed on an upper cover, to increase the space utilization of a power distribution device, and to improve stability. CONSTITUTION: A power distribution device comprises a main body(10) with an internal space, an upper cover(20) which is mounted on the main body and shields the internal space, and first and second covers(50,60) which are mounted on the upper cover and shield busbars(23,26) for the electric connection with the outside. Each of the first and second cover comprises first and second fixing parts(51,61) shielding the busbars, and first and second connecting part-shielding parts(54,56) which are extended from the upper cover to open or close a structure for electrically connecting to the outside.
