PURPOSE: A brightness controlling device of a vehicle for an interior tail lamp is provided to control brightness according to key signals of a driver by controlling the interior tail lamp in a PWM. CONSTITUTION: A key input unit(10) inputs a key signal. A control unit(20) outputs a pulse width modulation control signal according to the key signal. A power switching unit(30) controls the brightness of an interior tail lamp(40).
