CONDUCTIVE THERMOSETTING ADHESIVE TAPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive thermosetting adhesive tape which can exhibit extremely stable electric conductivity in a long-time use and a use in a severe environment even if pasted in a small pasting area.

SOLUTION: This conductive thermosetting adhesive tape is characterized in that: the tape has a thermosetting adhesive layer at the single face side of metal foil; a pre-curing adhesion force of the thermosetting adhesive layer is not smaller than 2N/20 mm; and a post-curing adhesion force of the thermosetting adhesive layer is not smaller than 10N/20 mm. The conductive thermosetting adhesive tape has the thermosetting adhesive layer at the singe face side of the metal foil, and has a terminal which is exposed on the surface of the side of the thermosetting adhesive layer. It is preferable that the total area of the terminal existing per 30 mm2of the thermosetting adhesive layer is 0.1 to 5 mm2.
