<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit capable of reducing malfunction in a circuit which is changed into either an enhancement-type or a depletion-type. <P>SOLUTION: In a pulse output circuit, a circuit for raising potential of source terminals from low power supply potential is provided between the source terminals of a first transistor and a second transistor and wiring for supplying the low power supply potential. Further, a switch for setting the potential of the source terminals to low power supply potential is provided.
