<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which reduces current consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: a delay circuit (31) which receive a first clock signal (ICLK) and outputs a second clock signal (LCLK) obtained by delaying the first clock signal according to a variable delay amount; a replica circuit (32) which receives the second clock signal and outputs a third clock signal (RCLK) that has been delayed; and a phase difference detection circuit (36) which detects whether or not a phase-difference between the fist clock signal and the third clock signal is equal to a predetermined time or longer, and controls to vary the delay amount of the delay circuit when the phase difference is equal to the predetermined time or longer, but not to vary the delay amount of the delay circuit when it is shorter than the predetermined time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
