CONDUCTIVE PARTICLE WITH INSULATIVE PARTICLE, ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL, AND CONNECTION STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a conductive particle with insulative particles, capable of enhancing conduction reliability and insulation reliability when used for connection between electrodes; and an anisotropic conductive material.

SOLUTION: A conductive particle 1 with insulative particles according to the present invention includes: a conductive particle 2 having a conductive part 12 at least on a surface thereof; and a plurality of insulative particles 3 attached on the surface of the conductive particle 2. A specific gravity ratio of a specific gravity of the conductive particle 1 with insulative particles to a specific gravity of the conductive particle 2 is less than 0.97. The specific gravity of the conductive particle 2 is 2.0 or more and 3.5 or less. An anisotropic conductive material according to the present invention includes the conductive particle 1 with insulative particles and a binder resin.
