<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a batten to be fitted to a frame easily and to make the space between the batten and a ventilator less prominent. <P>SOLUTION: A left batten 143 is located in the removal position rotating clockwise as described in figure 3 by a prescribed angle such as about 20° relative to the fitting position as show in figure 3 before the left batten 143 is fitted to a left frame 103. The left batten 143 is rotated from the removal position to the fitting position so as to be fitted to the left frame 103. Projecting plate parts 31A and 31B of a ventilator are held between a holding plate part 103a of the left frame 103 and the left batten 143 through a second plate part 82 of a spacer 8 and a packing 173.
