<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device and control system, in which equipment of a control object can operate appropriately to motion of a person in a region of an operation object while reducing energy consumption. <P>SOLUTION: In a network system 1, a controller 100 controls a television 200A, an air conditioner 200B, and a luminaire 200C which are arranged in one room.
